Maria Chiriboga, Psy.D.

Dr. Maria Chiriboga is a post-doctoral resident who received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Florida. She earned her Master of Science in Education and Doctorate degree (Psy.D.) in School/Clinical Psychology through PACE University, then completed her doctoral internship with The Palm Beach County Youth Services Department at the Education and Training Center, where she provided Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to adolescents in the residential program and their families. Dr. Chiriboga has provided psychological assessment, consultation, and individual, family, and group therapy in various settings. Additionally, she is a bilingual, Spanish, and English-speaking clinician who is dedicated to providing services and resources within the larger communities. She strives to facilitate progress and resilience by aiding in values/goals, self-reflection, and providing new skills and experiences within the therapeutic relationship. Her treatment skills emphasize cognitive and behavioral interventions.
