Ana Violante, Psy.D.

Dr. Violante is a Postdoctoral Resident at NBI who specializes in anxiety-related disorders, including obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

 

She earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, where she completed a 12-month rotation at the Anxiety Treatment Center and her clinical internship at Broward Health Medical Center.

 

Dr. Violante integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients manage anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and related challenges. She is passionate about working with adults in both individual and group therapy and is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, providing therapy in all three languages.

 

Grounded in a collaborative and integrative style, Dr. Violante is dedicated to helping clients build resilience and achieve lasting well-being through personalized, evidence-based care.
