Cogmed Working Memory Training in Weston, FL

Find Out How the Neurobehavioral Institute (NBI) Can Help Your Working Memory

Your working memory is what enables you to focus on a task, remember instructions, and is what gives you the ability to keep information in

your mind for short periods of time. From following instructions in school and doing homework to ignoring distractions and focusing on a

project at work, children, adolescents, and adults use their working memory on a daily basis. If you or your loved one is struggling with their

working memory, our Weston Cogmed Working Memory Training program may help.

What Is Cogmed Working Memory Training?

Many people erroneously believe that there is little that can be done to improve their working memory. However, Cogmed Working

Memory Training, an evidence-based, computerized training program, has been shown to improve working memory in both children and

adults!

Cogmed Working Memory Training is a software program that you or your child will use in the comfort of your own home over 5 weeks and

25 training sessions. Each session is approximately 30-45 minutes during which the user engages with a variety of exercises that are designed

to improve your working memory. This program adapts to the individual user and becomes more challenging over time. Your Cogmed

Coach from NBI will provide feedback throughout the program and help the user remain motivated.

You or your child may benefit from Cogmed Working Memory Training if you:

  • Are prone to distraction

  • Struggle to get organized
