COVID-19 Update

Dear NBI Community,

Our goal is to provide continuity of services and support to all of our patients and families as we navigate through the changing landscape presented by the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease. Your health and well-being are our highest priority. We recognize the shared responsibility we all have to limit the spread of this illness and remain calm at this challenging time.

If you suspect that you are ill or have come into contact with someone who is, please do not come to the office. Our staff will transfer your session(s) to our HIPPA-compliant teleconference platform and answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding this service.

Kindly understand that it is your responsibility to contact your insurance provider regarding whether your plan allows for reimbursement of teleconference sessions.

All patients entering the NBI Ranch undergo a thorough medical screening. No patient is allowed entrance to the ranch without a medical clearance from a physician.

We are taking the necessary precautions regarding the health of our clinical and administrative staff as well.

General recommendations that are presently being made by our various governmental agencies are summarized below:

Safety Protocol and Procedures

Monitor the websites of the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and Florida Department of Health for updates and recommendations.

Notify us of any international travel plans that you or members of your household have for the next 3 months or recent travel abroad.

Anyone who travels to a CDC Level 3 country (currently China, Italy, Iran, and South Korea) and/or has come into contact with someone infected with COVID-19 should complete a 14-day self-quarantine.
