Dr. Seidl is a postdoctoral resident at the Neurobehavioral Institute (NBI) in Weston, Florida. Dr. Seidl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University. He completed his clinical training at Nova Southeastern University and holds a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.

During his graduate studies, Dr. Seidl received specialized training in assessment and evidence-based treatment for clients with ASD, developmental disabilities, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and depressive disorders. His research interests pertaining to the development of empirically supported interventions led to him examining the efficacy of modified cognitive behavioral therapies for youth with high-functioning ASD and comorbid anxiety. Dr. Seidl also provided outpatient therapy and psychological services to clientele with varying medical conditions, which included clientele undergoing cancer treatment, as well as medically compromised clients, most of whom were quadriplegic and ventilator dependent.

Dr. Seidl completed his doctoral internship at WVU Medicine: University Healthcare in Martinsburg, WV. He provided evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy across the outpatient and integrated primary care settings. During his internship, Dr. Seidl conducted psychological, psychoeducational, and Autism diagnostic evaluations, facilitated Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) groups, and regularly collaborated with multidisciplinary staff.

As a postdoctoral resident, Dr. Seidl will specialize in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. He will also receive intensive training in DBT and will continue conducting psychological assessments.
